Steps to Monitor Your ProXental Shipment
Step 1: Look for Your Confirmation Messages
Once your purchase is completed, two essential messages will be sent to you:
- Purchase Receipt Email: Dispatched right away following your transaction, including your unique order reference and payment receipt
- Dispatch Notification Email: Delivered when your package is handed off to the carrier, featuring your tracking reference and logistics provider details
